Xpress Oil Change Plus Genuinely Seems to Care
Arrived at service department. Greeted at the door. Very professional young man with excellent communication skills. He went over what was scheduled and walked me back to the waiting area. Very impressed. New express oil facility is A+. When service had been completed, my advisor returned to go over the bill. Took me to the cashier and thanked me for my business. This young man is really good and genuinely seems to care. Great job!
