Georgetown Oil Change Experience Was So Great
Okay, the place is new so I expected it to be nice and shiny. What I didn’t expect was the incredible service. I honestly can’t think of a single area that wasn’t A+. I was greeted on the driveway by a courteous attendant. I was invited into the office and was greeted by a service advisor who was efficient and professional. She showed me to the waiting room (comfortable and spotless) and showed me the amenities (coffee, water, restrooms, etc). The free wi-fi was actually high speed, and the restroom was spotless. In less than 30 minutes I was good to go. Wow — the truck was even washed, something I didn’t expect. I usually do my own maintenance — but this experience was so great that I might change my habits.
